Refund policy

In case the customer decides to return/replace the product without any physical damage or quality issue, then ₹200/- as shipping cost will be applicable.

For Furniture items, shipping charges incurred during delivery and return will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping/handling charges of ₹500/- applicable on Returns and refund requests for the items purchased during the ‘Sale’ period

In case of Made To Order/Porcelain items 50% of the invoice value will be charged if the refund request is found to be unauthentic, not genuine and is result of miss-delivery due to no response from customer.
